Neil attended the University of South Carolina, where he graduated with a BS in Sociology.  He was raised and spent the majority of his life in Fairfax County, VA and currently resides in Reston.  Neil and his wife Dawn are the proud parents of their five children - Danielle, CJ, Georgia, Kasey, and Nikole. In his spare time Neil enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing basketball and running.
