Underwriting and New Business support is vital to the success of all associates. Karie acts as the liaison between our associates and the underwriting departments for all John Hancock products, and products written through our brokerage network. She facilitates the entire underwriting process by receiving and reviewing applications, checking them for accuracy and completeness, and forwarding them on to the right department. Karie also handles all medical requirements that need to be ordered on cases.
