Jim was born in Ireland and was educated at St. Patrick’s College of Dublin; St. Joseph’s College Galway and graduated from Galway Regional College in 1976 where he majored in Computer Programming. In 1976, Jim entered the financial services industry  where over the past three decades he has held appointments as an Agent, Inspector, Marketing Specialist, District Manager and Managing Director in Dublin for Royal Liver Assurance Company based out of Liverpool, England.

In 1991, Jim arrived in the United States and has held appointments as H.R. Director and Unit Manager. In 1994, he decided to pursue a career in personal production and has focused on helping his clients with their respective goals for the past 17 years. 
 
Jim currently resides in Ashburn, Virginia where he is actively involved in his community. He volunteers at St. Theresa parish Church for under privileged families and individuals. In his free time he enjoys swimming, social dancing, golfing and staying up to date on current affairs. He has three daughters and one son.
