Having joined the John Hancock organization in 1992, Cheryl has been involved in all facets of insurance administration. She has earned the Associate of Insurance Agency Administration and Agency Customer Service professional designations. As the Finance Manager, she is responsible for all financial aspects of the office. This includes agency financial reporting, commission pay-outs, accounts payable and receivable. She also troubleshoots any payment issues as well as any other problems that might arise when finalizing business.

Cheryl graduated from Virginia Tech in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and received a Masters of Organizational Management from George Washington University in 2000.  Devoted to her husband Brian and two daughters; Cheryl still manages to make time for recreational softball team and community activities. She resides in Herndon.
